Single distillation and aged in older 600-liter French barrels. 615 bottles. The rum has an aroma that balances jam, cigar box, oak, balsamic, beeswax and spices including cinnamon and licorice. A festival of aroma. The taste is almost sweet after so many years on the cask. You get an aromatic explosion of spices, honey and fruit. It is a rum with big character, bottled at 41% alcohol.
