90+ Robert Parker's Wine Advocate - I tasted the 2012 Pinot Noir Bollenberg Harmonie for the first time in June 2015, when I was probably a bit too strict with Zusslin's Harmonie in general. Although I clearly prefer the almost perfect 2013 (!) and the beautifully pure and delicate 2014, the dark-colored 2012 is better than I thought 18 months ago. Although the toasty flavors of the barrique aging are still prominent, the deep, ripe and elegant fruit shines through more and more today, and the purity and elegance of this wine is already indicated. There is a touch of caramel and potted plums on the nose too. Full-bodied, silky textured, finessed and elegant, this is a firmly structured Pinot whose oak flavors and oak tannins are a kind of composition you can't find in younger releases (the wine has been bottled in December 2013). However, the finish shows a beautifully ripe and juicy fruit before the toasty flavors and dusty tannins take over.
