Closely tied to the Montgomery family’s 4th-generation farm in central Montana, from which it gets much of its grain, the distillery creates true grain-to-glass Montana spirits, many with an old world twist.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis wheated straight bourbon whiskey, our first from Montgomery and from Montana, was made from 70% corn, 20% wheat, and 10% malted barley. Aged for 4 years in a 53-gallon barrel, it has warm, soft cinnamon and clove notes on the nose. The palate is soft and welcoming yet deep, with warm vanilla and milk chocolate notes. Complex, balanced, and very approachable.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMost whiskies we’ve done from high-elevation environments have been real barnstormers: high proof and intense.
