The palate has real concentration and creamy texture, but underneath is the classic Péters signature—\u003cstrong\u003erazor-sharp precision, vibrant acidity and an intensely chalky, mineral finish\u003c\/strong\u003e. Recent releases were disgorged in July 2025 after roughly six years on lees, with about \u003cstrong\u003e4 g\/L dosage\u003c\/strong\u003e.
