100% Chenin Blanc. The terroir of Montlouis offers great advantages for producing fine, well-balanced, complex Chenin Blanc wine. Using only indigenous yeast, the wine is fermented in tank to accentuate freshness and then aged in 300L French oak barrels for around 12 months. This Montlouis expresses lovely notes of white fruits and white flowers that create a great sensation on the palate. The wine is dry but has a particular richness.
