60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay. Base Wine is from 2011 Vintage and this Bottle was disgorged. The vinetard is ploughed and in natural grassing to get the best taste of Cote des Bar Terroir. The best percels are selected and are separately vinified on the lees. The wine is bottled at the end of the spring without any fining and filtering. More than Champagne, Champagne wine.
